We offer store credit ONLY tags must be attached, no stains/perfume/cologne/odor/makeup. Item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery receipt in order for us to honor store credit. Store Credit will be issued in the form of e-gift card. Customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective from the seller, we will replace the damaged item for the same item (if in stock) within 10 days of receiving package. Customer must include photos and detailed description of the problem along with the packing slip. For any reason outside of item being defective or sent back for store credit item(s) sent to us will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender. Contact customer service first before returning any orders.
