Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped via USPS. The order processing and shipping time is 3-7 business days. Once the package is shipped the customer will receive an email with tracking number. Please allow up to 24hrs for tracking to update. Once the package is shipped and is in the possession of USPS the package is no longer De'Jour Apparel responsibility. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen/damaged/unclaimed/refused/delivered. In the unlikely event you experience any of these events you should contact USPS directly.
